Winter Is Coming. And so is my new website.

Hey everyone, it’s been quite a while, hasn’t it? I’ve been super busy with a bunch of wonderful projects. To name but a few, Waxahatchee, Land Of Talk, The Smith Street Band, Streets Of Laredo, Twin Peaks, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Kevin Devine, Paradise and Beverly. If I’m leaving anyone out, it’s because there are so many. I’ve been doing some cool Euro traveling along with a bunch of domestic trips also. Monnow Valley in Wales and Cloudshill in Hamburg were two favorites. And my yearly jaunt to Paco Loco Studios in the south of Spain reunited me with great friends, Paco and Muni and mixing with the wonderful Mikel Erentxun.

I’ve been slack with the updating of the new site and I want to thank Andrea and the crew at Shake and Howdy for their patience. But here we are! And I’m excited for the unveiling.

In a totally new development, me and my main man, Stewart Lerman, have been doing a fun podcast called, “Gear Club”. We shoot the shit about making records and have great guests and analyze classic songs. It’s a blast. We recently were able to sit down with Adam, from The War On Drugs and discuss a buncha stuff about the great new record. You should check it out.

It can found on iTunes right below……

Well thanks for listening and there’s a ton of great music coming down the pike, starting with the new Jessica Lea Mayfield record in September on ATO Records.

Welcome to the new Johnagnello.com!
